AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN
HURST ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA , as follows :
That easement over the North 8 feet of Lots 6
through 20 in Hurst Addition
That easement over the EastlO ,feet of Lot 14 in
Hurst Addition
That easement over the West 10 feet of Lot 15 in
Hurst Addition
That easement over the 2.5 feet of Lot 17 in Hurst
Addition
That easement over the 2.5 feet of Lot 18 in
Hurst Addition
That easement over the West 10 feet of Lot 29 in
Hurst Addition
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa , shall be and
the same are hereby vacated .
