AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2684, KNOWN
AS ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SECTION 7-41 THEREOF
ENTITLED "DELINQUENCY" AND BY ENACTING NEW SEC-
TION 7-41 ENTITLED "DELINQUENCY".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA: That Section 7-41 entitled "Delinquency" of
Ordinance No. 2684, known as the Animal Control Ordinance is
hereby repealed; that new Section 7-41 , entitled "Delinquency"
is hereby enacted as follows:
Seca 7-41 Delinquent
All license fees for dogs or cats become delinquent
on the first day of April in the year in which they are due and
payable, and a penalty shall be added to each unpaid license on
or after said date in the like amount of the annual license fee
as hereinbefore set out in Section 7-33.
