ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (1)
OF SECTION 560, ONE HOUR PARKING, AND BY ENACTING NEW SUBSECTION (1)
OF SECTION 560, ONE HOUR PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (1) of Section 560, entitled "One Hour Parking", of Ordinance
No. 2644, known as the Traffic Ordinance is hereby repealed; that new
Subsection (1) of Section 560, entitled "One Hour Parking" is hereby enacted
as follows:
(1) Commercial Street Northeast side from the Chicago Great Western
Railroad tracks to West Eighth Street
