COUNCIL WORK SESSION
April 13, 2020
4:55 p.m.
Harold E. Getty Council Chambers
Members present: Boesen, Amos, Morrissey, Klein, Feuss, Grieder, and Juon joined the meeting
by telephone.
Moved by Grieder seconded by Feuss that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice -vote
Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
Objective: Discussion of future action with the Title 1 Revisions Prqject.
Kelley Felcble, City Clerk, provided an overview of the Title 1 project and her recommendations
for moving forward, including tabling further discussion for a period of time.
Mr. Grieder commented that he supports tabling the item for four months in light of the uncertainty
of the current health crisis.
Mr. Morrissey commented that he supports tabling the item until the council can sit in a room
together.
Mr. Amos questioned whether Mr. Morrissey could meet with the Clerk Clerk independently to
discuss the changes he had proposed, or should the full council be present.
Kelley Felchle explained that she and Mr. Morrissey have met and the proposed changes have
been prepared in a document for council to discuss.
Mr. Boesen requested council receive updated department organizational flow charts, prior to
meeting.
Mr. Feuss concurred with the suggestion to postpone until council can get together in person.
Mrs. Klein concurred with the postponement until council can get together in person

To postpone the Title 1 Revision Project until council can convene in person. Voice -vote Ayes:
Seven. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Boesen seconded by Feuss that the
meeting be adjourned at 5:08 p.m. Voice -vote Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
