AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (23) OF SECTION
543, THRU STREETS, AND BY ENACTING NEW SUBSECTIONS (23) AND (116) OF
SECTION 543, THRU STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (23) of Section 543, Thru Streets, of Ordinance No. 2644,
known as the Traffic Ordinance is hereby repealed; that new Subsections (23)
and (116) of Section 543, Thru Streets, are hereby enacted as follows:
(23) Dale Street East Fourth Street to westerly end of said street
except for a 2-way stop at Highway 63
(116) Highland Blvd. North side of Independence Avenue to South side of
Vine Street
