RESOLUTION NO. 2020-287
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY MMS CONSULTANTS,
INC., ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, TO APPROVE
THE FINAL PLAT OF NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO.
4, A THREE -LOT INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION, LOCATED EAST OF
1994 NEWELL STREET, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION 2019-424
IN ITS ENTIRETY.
WHEREAS, on this 27th day of April 2020, at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 4, a three -lot
industrial subdivision, located east of 1994 Newell Street, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, was presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the
Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on April 27, 2020, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of MMS Consultants, Inc., on behalf of the City of
Waterloo for approval of the Final Plat of Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 4, a three -lot
industrial subdivision, located east of 1994 Newell Street, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 2019-424 is hereby rescinded in its
entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April 2020.
