RESOLUTION NO. 2020-288
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH NET WORTH INVESTMENTS, LLC, OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN 8-
PLEX MULTI -FAMILY BUILDING, LOCATED NORTH OF
1150 HOME PARK BOULEVARD, INCLUDING A
DEVELOPMENT GRANT OF $5,000 PER UNIT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated April 27, 2020, between Net Worth Investments, LLC, of
Cedar Falls, Iowa, for the construction of an 8-plex multi -family building, located north of 1150
Home Park Boulevard, including a Development Grant of $5,000 per unit, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April 2020.
