RESOLUTION NO. 2020-291
RESOLUTION APPROVING A 404 CLEAN WATER PERMIT,
IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $120,000, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROPOSED CON-TROL
SITE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 404 Clean Water Permit dated April 27, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $120,000, in
conjunction with the proposed Con-Trol Site, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April 2020.
