RESOLUTION NO. 2020-292
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH CLEAN
HARBORS ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC., IN THE
AMOUNT OF $7,584.16, FOR THE REMOVAL OF
ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS FROM 120 CENTER
STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract dated April 27, 2020 between Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc. and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $7,584.16, for the removal of environmental
concerns from 120 Center Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April 2020.
