RESOLUTION NO. 2020-295
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
MAY 18, 2020 TO APPROVE THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE
OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF 1318
MARTIN ROAD, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1.00, TO 3 STOOGES,
LLC, INCLUDING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 18th day of May 2020,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of 3 Stooges, LLC, for the sale and
conveyance of City owned property located at 1318 Martin Road, in the amount of $1.00, and
approving a Development Agreement for the construction of new commercial buildings
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
