RESOLUTION NO. 2020-302
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER
SKYWALK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director of said City to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention
Center Skywalk Improvements Project, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention
Center Skywalk Improvements Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 4, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with Five
Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Skywalk Improvements Project, are hereby approved, and
said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May 2020.
