RESOLUTION REJECTING THE BID OF WRH, INC.,
OF AMANA, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,292,360, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FY 2020 SANITARY SEWER
GATEWELL REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 951.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the recommendation to reject the bid of WRH, Inc., of Amana, Iowa, in the amount of
$6,292,360, in conjunction with the FY 2020 Sanitary Sewer Gatewell Repairs Project, Contract
No. 951, be hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May 2020.
