RESOLUTION NO. 2020-308
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MMS CONSULTANTS, INC., OF IOWA
CITY, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $105,000, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2020 NEWELL STREET RISE
PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 991, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated May 4, 2020, between MMS Consultants, Inc., of
Iowa City, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $105,000, in
conjunction with the FY 2020 Newell Street Rise Project, Contract No. 991, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
