RESOLUTION NO. 2020-309
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM, OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $59,900, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS NEAR THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement originally dated May 4, 2020, between AECOM
Technical Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to
exceed $59,900, in conjunction with water main improvements near the Waterloo Regional
Airport, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May 2020.
