RESOLUTION NO. 2020-311 RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN SECTION 11-1-13 VARIANCES, RELATING TO THE APPROVAL OF THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF PARADISE ESTATES ADDITION, SUBJECT TO THE CONDITION THAT ANY FINAL PLAT OR FINAL PLATS FOR ANY PORTION OF THE APPROVED PRELIMINARY PLAT OF PARADISE ESTATES ADDITION SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL ON OR PRIOR TO MAY 14, 2022 SHALL BE SUBJECT TO ANY NEW ZONING RESTRICTIONS OR SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF WATERLOO PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL OF ANY SUCH FINAL PLAT FOR ANY PORTION OF SAID AREA. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance in Section 11-1-13 Variances, relating to the approval of the Preliminary Plat of Paradise Estates Addition, subject to the condition that any fmal plat or fmal plats for any portion of the approved Preliminary Plat of Paradise Estates Addition submitted for approval on or prior to May 14, 2022 shall be subject to any new zoning restrictions or subdivision regulations adopted by the City of Waterloo prior to submittal of any such Final Plat for any portion of said area, is hereby approved.
