RESOLUTION NO. 2020-312
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY ACCESS
AGREEMENT WITH 4FI WATERLOO, LLC TO BEGIN
CERTAIN ACTIVITIES IN PREPARATION FOR
DEVELOPMENT OF THE SITE EAST OF 1994 NEWELL
STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECU 1'E SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Early Access Agreement dated May 4, 2020, between 4FI Waterloo, LLC , and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, to begin certain activities in preparation for development of the site east
of 1994 Newell Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May 2020.
