Background Information: To come up with solutions for improving traffic safety and
effieciency on Kimball Ave. between Ridgeway and Hwy. 20. With rapid increase of
traffic volumes on Kimball it is experiencing traffic operation deficiencies. Improvements
are needed to enhance the development and help the businesses as well as citizens
travel the roadway safely.
