GETTY Summary Statement: As you may recall the City acquired 215-217 Courtland Street through the 657A process in 2009. The QUENTIN property has since been torn down and is available for sale. The remaining parcels of land are 28' x 150' HART or 4,200 sq. ft. Neither of the lots meets current minimum lot width requirements of 50 ft, but are rt,rd-1 considered lots of record therefore making them legal non -conforming parcels. According to Black Hawk County, the land has an accessed value of $750.
