ORDINANCE NO. 5113
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in
Section 10-4-4, Rezoning Certain Property, of Ordinance No. 5079,
as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to
rezone the property legally described as follows:
Block 13 and Block 14 of the Original Plat of Waterloo
West;
now zoned on the Official Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, the area
bounded by Jefferson Street, West 1st Street, West 3rd Street and
Washington Street, as "M-1" Light Industrial District, be and the
same is hereby zoned as "C-3" Central Business District, as above
described.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
