ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SECTION 5641
NO PARKING 1:00 P.M. TO 4:00 P.M. , AND BY ENACTING NEW SECTION
564, NO PARKING 1:00 P.M. TO 4:00 P.M.
BE IT ORDAINED By the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Section 564, entitled "No Parking 1:00 P.M. To 4:00 P.M.", of Ordinance No. 2644,
known as the Traffic Ordinance is hereby repealed; that new Section 564, entitled
"No Parking 1:00 P.M. To 4:00 P.M." is hereby enacted as follows:
SEC. 564 NO PARKING 1:00 PM TO 4:00 PM
When signs are erected in each block, or portion thereof, giving notice, no
person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 1:00 p.m, to 4:00 p.m, on any days,
Sundays excepted, within the district and upon any of the streets or portions thereof
as named herein:
