AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SECTION 560, ONE HOUR PARKING, AND BY ENACTING NEIN SECTION 560, ONE HOUR PARKING.
