BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa: That Section 553, entitled "No Parking here to Corner," of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic Ordinance is hereby repealed; that new Section 553, entitled "No Parking here to Corner" is hereby enacted as follows: SEC. 553 NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park any vehicle between the corner and a sign designating "No Parking Here to Corner" upon any of the streets or portions thereof as named here: STREET SIDE OF STREET AND BLOCK WHERE PARKING IS PROHIBITED (1) Allen Northeast side in the 600 block in a northwesterly direction from West Fifth Street;
