AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SECTION 552,
NO PARKING BETWEEN SIGNS, AND BY ENACTING NEW SECTION 552, NO PARKING
BETWEEN SIGNS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Section 552, entitled "No Parking Between Signs", of Ordinance No, 2644, known
as the Traffic Ordinance is hereby repealed; that new Section 552, entitled "No
Parking Between Signs" is hereby enacted as follows:
SEC. 552 NO PARKING BETWEEN SIGNS
when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle
between signs designating "No Parking Between Signs" upon any of the streets or
portions thereof as named herein:
STREET BLOCK NUMBER AND SIDE OF STREET WHERE PARKING PROHIBITED
(1) Bluff Street Northeast side in the 200 block
(2) Bratnober Street South side in the 300 block
(3) Eleventh Street (West) East side in the 1700 block
(4) Fourth Street (East) East side in the 1000 block
