AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SECTION 549, LOADING ZONES, AND BY ENACTING NEW SECTION 549, LOADING ZONES. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa: That Section 549, entitled "Loading Zones", of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic Ordinance is hereby repealed; that new Section 549, Entitled "Loading Zones" is hereby enacted as follows: SEC. 549 LOADING ZONES When signs are erected giving notice of "Loading Zone", no person shall park any vehicle upon any of the streets or portions thereof as designated herein, except when actually engaged in the loading or unloading of passengers or merchandise.
