AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SECTION 548,
BUS ZONES, AND BY ENACTING NEW SECTION 548, BUS ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Section 548, entitled "Bus Zones", of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic
Ordinance is hereby repealed; that new Section 548, entitled "Bus Zones" is hereby
enacted as follows:
SEC 548 BUS ZONES
No vehicle except buses shall be stopped or parked in any of the bus zones
described as follows from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. except Sunday:
STREET LOCATION
(1) Commercial Street Northeast side from West Fifth Street to West Park
Avenue
(2) East Fifth Street Northwest side for a distance of 100 feet in a
southwesterly direction from Mulberry Street
(3) Edward Street South side for a distance of 60 feet west of Lincoln
Street and 60 feet east of Lincoln Street
(4) Fourth Street (East) West side of East Fourth Street for a distance of 50
feet in a northerly direction from Saxon Street
(5) Fourth Street (East) Southeasterly side for a distance of 80 feet in a
northeasterly direction from Franklin Street
