AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS
(4) AND (10) OF SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS, AND BY ENACTING NEW
SUBSECTIONS (40) , (41) , AND (42) OF SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS,
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsections (4) and (10) of Section 545, Yield Streets, of Ordinance No. 2644,
known as the Traffic Ordinance is hereby repealed; that new Subsections (40) , (41) ,
and (42) of Section 545, Yield Streets, are hereby enacted as follows:
SEC. 545 YIELD STREETS
The following streets and portions of streets when properly sign posted shall
be known as yield streets:
(40) Beech Street Sumner Street to Newell Street
(41) Oneida Street Manson Street to Mobile Street
(42) Randolph Street Williston Avenue to Ridgeway Avenue except 2-way stops
at Mitchell Avenue and Easton Avenue
