AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS
(23) and (43) of SECTION 543, THRU STREETS, and BY ENACTING NEW
SUBSECTIONS (23) and (43) of SECTION 543, THRU STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsections (23) and (43) of Section 543, Thru Streets, of Ordinance No. 2644,
known as the Traffic Ordinance is hereby repealed; that new Subsections (23) and
(43) of Section 543, Thru Streets, are hereby enacted as follows:
SEC. 543 THRU STREETS
The following streets and parts of streets shall be known as stop streets, thru
streets or boulevards:
(23) Dale Street East Fourth Street to Westfield Avenue
(43) Hammond Avenue East Orange Road to South Street, except for a 2-way
stop at Highway 412, and 4-way stops at East Ridgeway
Avenue, Mitchell Avenue, and Williston Avenue
