BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa: That Section 541, entitled "Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas", of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic Ordinance is hereby repealed; that new Section 541, entitled "Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas" is hereby enacted as follows: Sec. 541 INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS Speeds hereinafter stated in excess of those stated in Section 150 hereof are hereby authorized on the streets or portions thereof described in this section upon the posting of signs giving notice thereof as follows: STREETS MAXIMUM SPEED (1) Airline Highway (East) - from Logan Avenue also known as U.
