Semi (mid black),P.B.Schoo Actuated ORDINANCE NO. _,2 l Z7 T AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SECTION 540, OBEDIENCE TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES, AND BY ENACTING NEW SECTION 540, OBEDIENCE TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa: That Section 540, entitled "Obedience to Official Traffic-Control Devices", of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic Ordinance is hereby repealed; that new Section 540, entitled "Obedience to Official Traffic-Control Devices" is hereby enacted as follows: SEC. 540 OBEDIENCE TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES The driver of any vehicle and the motorman of any streetcar shall obey the instructions of any official traffic-control devices as named herein unless otherwise directed by a police officer, subject to the exceptions granted the driver of an authorized emergency vehicle: SIGNALIZED INTERSECTIONS (1) Airline Highway and Logan (2 F1.)
