AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
FOR THE WESTFIELD-VIRDEN URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT IOWA R-7.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows :
That
All of the alley lying southwesterly of Park
Road and contiguous to Lots D, F and C in
Subdivision of Lots 5 and 6, Auditor's Bayou
Plat in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa
shall be, and the same is vacated.
