AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL OF FAIRBANKS DRIVE LYING WEST
OF FORRESTER AVENUE AND NORTH OF RAINBOW DRIVE, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
All of Fairbanks Drive lying West of Forrester Avenue
and North of Rainbow Drive in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of October, 1974.
