BUILDING CODE, 1970 EDITION" BY ADDING THERETO
THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, VOLUME IV, 1970 EDITION,
KNOWN AS THE "UNIFORM CODE FOR REPAIR, VACATION OR
DEMOLITION OF DANGEROUS BUILDINGS."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the "Uniform Building Code, 1970 Edition" is hereby amended by
adding thereto Uniform Building Code, Volume IV, 1970 Edition, known as
the "Uniform Code for Repair, Vacation or Demolition of Dangerous Buildings"
copies of which are on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
