N ti WHEREAS, East: High/Expo High School students are requesting a

WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Noise

WHEREAS, said East High/Expo High School students have made

s NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of East High/Expo High School
=students for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, on
2Lue 17, 2008 from 5: 00 to 9: 00 p.m. in conjunction with a music
