s c ` WHEREAS, African American Museum is requesting a variance to
tf* Noise Ordinance on June 21, 2008 from 6: 00 to 11: 00 p.m. in
conjunction with the Blues Band playing on Adams Street from 4"

WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Noisc
a 6rdinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
�'1 WHEREAS, said African American Museum has made formal
4pplication for a variance effective June 21, 2008 from 6: 00 to
100 P.M.

' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
�ATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of African American Museum for a
mariance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, on June 21, 2008
from 6: 00 to 11 : 00 p.m. in conjunction with the Blues Band playing
on Adams Street from 4th Street to Linn Street, be and the same
liereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of June, 2008 .
