RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH FEDERAL
AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAA) AND DIRECTING
E� EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
