EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
s - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
mit the agreement dated June 9, 2008, for a grant in the amount

komplex, by and between Black Hawk County Gaming Association, and

End the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
