AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTIONS (2a) HUBBARD STREET AND
(3a) SUNSET ROAD TO SECTION 571A, NO PARKING
8 : 00 A.M. TO 4 : 00 P.M. DURING SCHOOL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsections (2a) Hubbard Street and (3a) Sunset Road
are hereby added to Section 571A, No Parking 8 : 00 A.M. to 4 : 00
P.M. During School, of the 2008 Traffic Code, as follows:
(2a) Hubbard Street Southwest side of 200 block
(3a) Sunset Road West side of 300 block
INTRODUCED: May 14, 2012
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: May 14, 2012
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: May 14, 2012
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: May 14, 2012
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 14th day of May, 2012, and approved by the
Mayor on the 14th day of May, 2012 .
