s WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
� Stut�erintendent of Central Garage, to prepare and file
CA specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , for the
ir`chase of Two (2) Snow Control Trucks, in the City of Waterloo,
kpoWa, as specified in the specifications, and
a _ WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Central Garage has filed said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , and the

C-ouncil of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of June, 2008 .
