RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE REPAIR OF VARIOUS
E x s SIDEWALKS AND/OR PORTIONS THEREOF IN THE CITY

o �7,- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

` The repair of said improvement will be the responsibility of
-Vhe�-bwner of property abutting the sidewalk so designated by the
0i � Engineer as needing repair.
s Said work shall be completed by the owner of the property
.4kt�tting said improvement by August 1, 2008, or with evidence of
Z9 =ontract to have the work completed by a bonded contractor,
tc1ether with a 25% down payment . The City of Waterloo will
contract any work not completed by the property owner, and an
iurate itemized account of all the costs and expenses thereof
hall be made to this Council upon completion of said work. The
cost and expense to the City of Waterloo for making said
improvement will be assessed, as provided by law, as a special
tax against all property abutting sidewalks and/or portions
thereof so improved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 2008 .
