o C '-WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
c F3eer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
�c2�nt&ct and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the F. Y.
_2&M West Commercial Street Extension, River Road Relocation and
CO - crt Water Pump Station, Contract No. 720, in the City of
a rloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed said plans,

-t�ast, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
