HC WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

,S City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
t)ofx contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Two (2) Snow Control
Nzcks, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
H N WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
Eji'e�iminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. ,

�i�eliminarily approved on June 9, 2008, and

WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 23,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Two (2) Snow Control
Trucks, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 231" day of June, 2008 .
