o err WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364 . 17 (3) allows municipalities
Et T certify unpaid life safety and rental inspection fees to the
C11 rbenefited property as a lien.
°OE NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ru �WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk be and the same hereby
Ir-Fstructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer all
,,arapaid life safety and rental inspection fees as contained in the
attached schedule now on file in the City Clerk' s office .
