ti x UNPAID MOWING AND LOT CLEANUP FEES IN THE
7 CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
s WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364 . 12 (3) (h) allows municipalities
s fic3- certify unpaid mowing and lotcleanup fees to the benefited
o �3rgperty as a lien.
ti NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
UA-i ERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk, be and the same is hereby
°O �J" tructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer all
4 -unpaid mowing and lot cleanup fees as contained in the attached
schedule now on file in the City Clerk ' s office .
