nE- WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
ap�5rintendent of Traffic Operations, to prepare and file plans,
Seeeifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
---costt, etc. , for the Purchase of Six Solar-Powered Radio-
ru �C&t_rolled Flashing Beacons, UST-8155 (703)-4A-07, in the City of
0-1 �7at�erloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
ti -,✓ WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed

est.fimate of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TW RLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract

hereby preliminarily approved.
