= RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF KNIGHTS OF

COLUMBUS FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,
ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .
s WHEREAS, the Knights of Columbus is requesting a variance to
$fie Noise Ordinance on August 29, 2008 from 5 : 30 p.m. to 9: 30 p.m.
N for- a live band playing in the parking lot of 1955 Locke Avenue in
wa�ljunction with the National Softball Tournament, and

s WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Noise
� 6r�inance, Ordinance No. 3094, and

WHEREAS, said Knights of Columbus has made formal application
for a variance effective August 29, 2008 from 5 : 30 p.m. to 9: 30

w NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
W�TERL00, IOWA, that the request of Knights of Columbus for a
variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, on August 29,
Y-008 from 5: 30 p.m. to 9: 30 p.m. for a live band playing in the
Parking lot of 1955 Locke Avenue in conjunction with the National
Softball Tournament, be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 2008 .
