preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. ,

WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 7,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WA?'ERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Six (6) Solar-Powered Radio-
Controlled Flashing Beacons, UST-8155 (703)-4A-07, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 2008 .
