WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-572, specifications, bid
c�ument, form of contract, etc. , for the Collection Storage,
Zhase I for the Waterloo Center For The Arts, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
00 +atfter the hearing prescribed by statute.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WA;ERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
;1�s_ so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
aRiproved.
