made faxmal application for a variance to Section 5-2-6B of the
Waterloo Code of Ordinances, Discharging and Possessing Air
Rifles and Similar Devices; Exceptions .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the 4-H and Youth Development
Field Specialist for a variance to Section 5-2-6B of the Waterloo
Code of Ordinances, Discharging and Possessing Air Rifles and
Similar Devices, Exception, to fire air rifles on July 25, 2008
as part of a demonstration for the 4-H Shooting Sports program in
conjunction with the Black Hawk County 4-H & FFA Fair held at the
Cattle Congress Grounds, be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 2008 .
