00 RigVlc ay Avenue facility, legally described as follows:

rHEREAS, due to the insignificant nature of said minor Site
PlFari Ifinendment, the Council did not deem it necessary to hold a

WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor Site Plan Amendment to the
"M-2, P" Planned Industrial District to allow Deere and Company to
construct a 16, 000 square foot addition on the south side of the
Ridgeway Avenue facility, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 2008, and approved
by the Mayor this 9th day of July, 2008 .
