s F WHEREAS, Pastor Helen M. Seenster, 2222 Falls Avenue, is
o requesting a variance to the Noise Ordinance on July 20, 2008 from
11-' 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. in conjunction with an outdoor church
¢ervice, including a P.A. system, and

O° v d WHEREAS, said outdoor church service activity exceeds the
limits of the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and

WHEREAS, said Pastor Helen M. Seenster has made formal
'application for a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No.
'.3(}94, effective July 20, 2008 from 11: 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
'AA±ERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Pastor Helen M. Seenster for a
:�£aiance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, on July 20, 2008,
cfrom 11 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. , in conjunction with an outdoor
,ehurch service, including a P.A. system, be and the same hereby
